Founder note

Why I started Nidana.

Before Nidana, I built a full veterinary practice management software for clinical settings. After processing 50,000 appointments, the same pattern showed up again and again: the most important moment of care is rarely the one with the doctor in the room. It is the 48 hours after, where post-discharge compliance, medication adherence, and recovery instructions quietly fall apart.

When I sat with vets and asked what they would change, the answer was always the same. They wanted client follow-up to happen for every patient, not just the VIP cases, and they could not find the time. So we built the system that does it for them, in their voice, with their templates, and with the safety guardrails their license demands.

We are not a marketing site for AI. We are a small team building one specific tool, deeply, for one specific job.
